A Riyadh car-rental company needed a modern booking platform to replace manual, phone-based reservations — plus a way to manage fleet, seasonal pricing, and customer communication without a large ops team.
The Solution
Built the full platform solo: a customer-facing booking flow with fleet catalog and seasonal offers, an admin dashboard for full booking management and admin-controlled dynamic settings, marketing popups, and WhatsApp Business API integration for automated approval/rejection notifications. SEO built Arabic-first.
The Impact
Replaced manual phone bookings with a self-service flow, gave the ops team a single dashboard to manage the entire fleet and bookings, and automated customer notifications end-to-end via WhatsApp.
