I now lead product for HomaApp as Technical Product Manager while staying hands-on, with an 8-person team.

Built a comprehensive platform using Next.js and React with real-time features via Pusher and Firebase. Implemented mobile-first responsive design, containerized with Docker for scalable deployment, and optimized performance through code splitting and lazy loading.
The Impact
Delivered a production-ready platform with real-time capabilities, improved user engagement through instant notifications, and 40% faster deployment through containerization. Now leading the product as Technical Product Manager, owning BRDs, PRDs, and roadmap for an 8-person cross-functional team.
